Labelling

All items of clothing, including undergarments and footwear must be clearly marked with name tapes.

We would like jumpers and shirts to be marked above the left breast whilst in Reception until all the Staff get to know the children. After that, please mark the items at the collar and waist band.

Socks should be marked at turnover on inside.

Sportswear must be marked above the left breast pocket and left knee.

Any other marking must be done by collar or waist label.

This helps us to find labels quickly in order to return lost items. Unnamed clothing is given to the Second Hand Shop if not claimed, so checking of the adhesion of the labels is suggested.

Most items are available from the 2nd hand uniform shop

Parents are reminded that children not correctly dressed will not take part in school events
